Hardy Stevenson and Associates Limited (HSAL) is a unique firm of professional consultants dedicated to providing superior advice to our clients. We conduct research, manage projects, provide expert advice, recommend policy, develop communications and public consultation strategies and work with local communities. We are also experts in conducting peer reviews, social and environmental impact assessments and land-use planning. We are social entrepreneurs, and can give invaluable assistance in project development and financing.We are dedicated to the success of our clients. Our clients include governments, private corporations, public agencies and citizens' groups who recognize the integrity and credibility a company that has a deep understanding of human factors can bring to their plans, programs, policies and projects.
