Dave Hardy BA, MES, MCIP, RPPI am a Registered Professional Planner and a formally trained facilitator. I consider my professional strength as being able to work effectively and with sensitivity to the needs of clients and community stakeholders to achieve their goals. I'm very pleased when I see my clients succeed.
I have completed more than 125 public consultation and 75 socio-economic impact assessment assignments for a variety of public and private clients, and have conducted multi-stakeholder consultation and mediation in numerous sectors. I've participated in 60 environmental assessment studies. I've facilitated over 1,000 public meetings and workshops, and have worked for most regions and municipalities in the GTA. I have also provided expert testimony on socio-economic impact assessment, public consultation, land-use and environmental planning before the Federal Environmental Assessment Review Panel, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Environmental Assessment Board, the Ontario Municipal Board, and the Ontario Energy Board.
I have recently been working on financing energy infrastructure projects, and completing project development and management assignments.
