“Associates” are professionals who have their own independent consulting practices, but are also affiliated with HSAL. HSAL Associates have proved themselves as professional and highly competent and able to meet and exceed the needs of our clients. When we build teams of professionals, HSAL begins by looking for professional excellence among our associates. By being an associate, independent practitioners have support from a diverse group of other associate professionals and a vast pool of corporate experience. HSAL informs associates of new requests for proposals that may be of interest to them, assists associates in preparing successful proposals, provides associates with business cards, and lists them on our website. We keep an updated resume on file and include associates in our proposals. In addition, our Virtual Private Network (VPN) allows associates to access our mainframe database of similar assignments. This information and support greatly improves the value and quality of the services we provide to clients.
